Project Management
 

In this role we manage the construction process from the predesign phase through post-construction. Pre-construction planning (phased scheduling, budget management, bid/award), contract administration, logistics and daily field management is encompassed in this service.

This delivery method allows us to work as a single contact with the client to provide design and construction services.

Our strong relationship with designers, consultants and the government authority promote collaboration and teamwork which ultimately saves the client money and time during this process.
